HERE IS THE ‘HASHIRA SWORDS’ HOODIE!! THIS PIECE IS AMAZING, LET’S GET INTO IT!
On the front, I went with a CRISPY DETAILED embroidery of each of the swords / nichirin blade that each member of the Hashira uses! The design for this is DETAILED, as I aimed to capture a bit of each Hashira’s personality in something as simple as their swords, and it came out BEAUTIFULLY 😍 In Demon Slayer, the Hashiras are the highest ranking members of the corps. They each have a unique breathing technique that I wanted to express & incorporate within their respective blades as well, which is why you’ll see each of their swords doused in their techniques 😮💨 In the close ups you can see details like hearts in Mitsuri’s sword hilt, the scales on the snake on Obanai’s sword, the patterns on the butterflies in Shinobu’s sword, even the embroidery connecting Gyomei’s sword is embroidered as a chain 😩 The details in this piece are truly INSANE, you could stare at it every day and find something new about it each time!
On the back, I went with a JUMBO FABRIC APPLIQUE of the ‘DESTROY’ kanji that is on the uniform of the Demon Slayer Corps. This appliqué is BIG, and I went with a raw edge, almost burnt finish as it represents what the corps stands for - fighting and having the demons burn away in the sun. I really love the black on black, it’s not too loud but it’s big enough to where it makes itself known, I truly love it!
ALL OF THIS IS ON A BEAUTIFUL SUN FADE ACID WASHED BLACK FABRIC!! This acid wash technique is new, where the top of the hoodie is faded more and the bottom is faded less (same with the sleeves). I REALLY love how unique it came out looking, for it to be fading as a gradient on the hoodie is almost an optical illusion to your eyes, it looks AMAZING in person, the pictures truly don’t do it justice!

XL was a little bigger than i thought it would be but im expecting a mini shrink in the dryer. A few loose strings, but you can see the efdort that was put in and the fabric is very soft and doesnt feel cheap by any means. Hopefully it holds up well!

Let me tell you, LET ME TELL YOU, this hoodie is the finest quality that you can get. Whoever is behind this clothing line, has vision AND sourced some amazing quality material. It feels good, looks good, isn’t loud like most anime apparel! It’s subtle, and true fans will recognize it a mile away, others just think it’s cool. Buy it if you can, you won’t regret it, I might buy another to just keep for the future

I hate pre-orders because I'm so impatient BUT I will definitely pre-order another hoodie. This hoodie is by far my favourite, & I love that it doesn't have that "soft" lining BS that goes away with wear. The material is wonderful & I love that some of the work was done in Canada, woot!

Colors are washed. Attached image are the color comparison. My jacket(on the right) is more saturated compared to this jacket. Maybe if i was going for a rugged hobo look, this jacket would be fine but this is just not my style. Looking at the thumbnail now, this is definitely washed out. Very disappointed. Not only that, they put out an ad in fb acting like this jacket was already ready to go but it was just a pre order. Had to wait for 3 months. Was hoping it would actually come in perfect but add that waiting time plus the jacket came out of the used clothing bin, this jacket deserves a 1 star. Id put in zero but i dont know how. 100$ hobo jacket. Not recommended.

Really great design and the embroidery is great. Noticed mine is alot more faded then on the picture. Wish it was a little more bright red. Waiting for a response about the faded red, but still an amazing design
