ONE PIECE PRE-ORDERS
The One Piece drop is currently in production & on track for the original 11 - 12 week timeline! The drop ended on April 24th.
Apr. 24th - May. 1st: Drop has concluded! Quantities are being counted and discussions with manufacturers have commenced
May 1st - May 8th: Quantities have been finalized & payments have been made. Manufacturers have purchased raw fabric rolls and began cutting the fabric according to the custom size chart
May 8th - May 15th: Fabric has been cut for each individual piece. Screenprints and embroidery files are ready
May 15th - May 22nd: All designs are being embroidered or printed, everything is on schedule!
May 22nd - May 29th: All designs are continuing the embroidery/print/applique process.
May 29th - Jun. 5th: Luffy Scar hoodies have completed applique & embroidery, other garments are wrapping up this process!
Jun. 5th - Jun. 12th Embroidery/printing has finished, fabric is being sewn together to form the actual garment now! After this, they will be sent to acid wash process, or sun-fade wash process, which is done completely by hand for hundreds of individual units!
Jun. 12th - Jun. 19th: All garments have been sewn together and are going through the respective washing processes!
Jun. 19th - Jun. 26th (DELAY): Garments are continuing sun fade wash process. This process is causing a slight delay due to the fact that it is completely done by hand. The volume of orders surpassed my original estimate, so it's taking a bit longer as the specialized workers who create the washing effect have to do it on many more hoodies than I originally gave them the estimate for. This is causing a slight delay but we are working hard every day to wrap up this process so they can ship out to me, and ultimately to you!
Jun. 26th - Jul. 3rd: Sun fade acid wash is continuing for Luffy Hoodie & Crew hoodie. Zoro hoodie has finished production and is going through quality inspection.
Jul. 3rd - Jul. 10th: OP Crew hoodie has completed sun fade acid wash, it is going through quality inspection. Luffy Scar hoodie should finish next week!
Jul. 10th - Jul. 17th: Luffy Scar hoodie has completed sun fade acid wash, it is going through quality inspection, then will be packed and shipped to me!
January Pre-Orders
This schedule refers to the Jiraiya Hoodie, Hokage Hoodie, Toji Shirt, Sasuke x Itachi Hoodie, later batches of the Itachi Clan Killer Hoodie, later batches of the Akaza Shirt, and later batches of the Hashira Swords Hoodie. If you ordered in January, your order should follow the timeline explained below:
Jan. 30 - Feb. 6th: Drop has concluded! Quantities are being counted and discussions with manufacturers have commenced!
Feb. 6th - Mar. 6th: Quantities have been finalized & payments have been made to manufacturers.
CNY DELAY: In February, there is a slight delay due to the Chinese New Year holiday being celebrated in China. During this time, manufacturers pause production and return in the first week of March, which is when production resumes. This is something that happens every year and is not any issue to worry about. Once manufacturers return, everything should continue moving according to the intended timeline of 11-12 weeks. Although out of my control, I apologize for the delay!
Mar. 6th - Mar. 13th: Manufacturers have returned from their holiday, raw fabric has been ordered and is being tested for acid wash and shrink rate. Sasuke x Itachi hoodie fabric had an issue, so we are custom dyeing the fabric to match the intended colour!
Mar. 13th - Mar. 20th: Raw fabric has been tested and cut according to the custom size chart, production is in full effect! Garments are being embroidered and printed now.
Mar. 20th - Mar. 27th: Printing and embroidery are continuing simultaneously to save time lost due to CNY holiday. Both processes are happening at the same time to avoid further delays!
Mar. 27th - Apr. 3rd: Printing and embroidery is continuing, and should be completed this week. After that, it's sewing, acid wash process, quality check, then they'll be packed and shipped to me!
Apr. 3rd - Apr. 10th: Printing & Embroidery has been completed, fabric is now being sewn together to create each garment
Apr. 10th - Apr. 17th: Sewing is finished, each piece is going through the acid wash process, or the sun fade process. Sun fade wash is all done completely by hand so it takes slightly longer. This batch should ship out to me in the coming week!
Apr. 17th - Apr. 24th: Sun fade is complete, everything is going through quality inspection and is being packed, should ship in the coming days!
Apr. 24th - May. 1st: All bulk orders have been packed and have arrived to the sea port and boarded the ship, they are officially ready to be shipped!
May. 1st - May. 8th: All orders have shipped out to me! They are currently in transit to my shipping warehouse. They should arrive in the 3rd week of May. After they arrive at the warehouse, they'll be shipped out to you immediately!
May. 8th - May. 15th: All orders are still in transit to my warehouse! They should arrive sometime in the next week!
May. 15th - May. 22nd: Orders are in transit, I expected them to arrive this week, but it looks like they will arrive by next week, then be shipped to you!
May. 22nd - May. 29th: Orders have arrived to my warehouse and are being unpacked and sorted!
May. 29th - Jun. 5th: Orders have started shipping out! They ship in chronological order, taking care of any outstanding orders from December, then into the first week of January.
Jun 5th - Jun. 12th: Hundreds of orders are being shipped daily! If you ordered in January, you should recieve shipping info by the end of this week, or beginning of next week - February orders are next!
